heyyy.. sorry i havent been updating this site.. just needed some time off.. yeeeeh.. so what did I give up for lent you say? oh yes.. RICE [i feel ya jaja ;D], hot cheetos, and chatting online :D. yeppp.. so about that break aye? thats exactly what i took on the BEST weekend ever! haha CONFIRMATION RETREAT 2003 :D ;D my goodness, what a weekend.. i'm so glad i got to share it with all those people.. wow.. haha its ok if i dint got to ASBball, this is way better.. sooo lets begin with the oh so wonderful journey..
friday got out of 2nd period and skipped the rest of school.. to go and pay respect to a beloved member of ST.MARY'S JOE TUMINTING...yeh, he's a heartfelt memory...so lots of crying and hugging went on there, ..his banner over me is love ;)..and then i got ready my trip to rancho del cielo.. for CONFIRMATION... ;D.. oh yess...my sister and i got there early at the parish center, we dint want to be late... and more and more people started to come.. everyone was all thinking "whatever" about this retreat yanno, hanging out with their own group of buddies, i was always roaming around.. yehhh im a roamer. :D.. the way we loaded the bus was that human chain thing.. some leaders were making fun of how some people brought a bniggg arse back for only a weekend...ANYWAY.. we were waiting on the last three people ;D, and then we rode in a "low budget" bus... the way there was funnny, and silent at times.. we did the tissue tearing thing.. that's how things got started..and then we unloaded at the cite the way we did load.. it was very secluded, very pretty, and not all that cold as i was expecting..hmm, we quickly settled in our cabin.. thank goodness i dint go sleep at the "haunted" cabin.. hm.. ;/..but my sister did :D yeeeh we were separated.. then we all met up at a far away amphitheater where we got the basics, blehh the rules, NO PDA.. haha THAT WAS BROKEN hahaha..and this memorable ice breakers.. where we had to have a gesture followed by our names and THEN the other people and THEIR gestures that was before you.. hahahaha MARK and his LIP.. William and his BOOOGER picking, JOCKER, DENARD, ADRIAN, and ANDRE and their little shoulder shakes.. hahahaha my gulay that was funny, was just sniffling my nose, but now that i think of it, i should have just layed on the table. haha..then we got into our cell phone groups because the theme was "can you hear me now?"..AT&T. hahah the others were verizon, t mobile, and cingular. yepp.. JAYPEE was my leader {yay} ..and the other leaders were ROXANNE, ERIC, AND JOCKER. blehh blehh and then the hike IN THE DARK.. i dint bring a flashlight >_<, but yeeeh, while going up to the cross at the top of the hill/mountain, we did the stations of the cross.. and the stars DANNNG, a good friend of mine, andrew, would love to sit out all night and look at them.. i saw a SHOOTING STAR!! yess. -__-.. we reached the top, and the cross was huge!..as did our little meditation with our meditation music, i dint want to cry, so i held it and look at the stars instead.. yeeeh "i will be there"..lovely song.. yeep. uh, then we hiked back down, i dropped my medicated chap*stick, jocker picked it up, thank goodness.. haha it was ok for him to use it too. hahaha..then a snack.. and then sleep sleep.. my buddies at 14A: marjee [my buddy and person who slept on the top bunk ;D], jaja [dang we connected], roxanne [ a grreat leader yup yup], maechelle [kookooberra ;D], elaine [and her oompa loompa], and cynthia and marilen ;D.. oh yess a grreat place.. and thennn...
saturday we woke up at 6 to meet at the flagpole at 7...our mornin' stretch wa "rise and shine and sing out His glory, glory" haha funny exercise..and then a game "smile is you love me".. hahaha OMAR and AIDE.. MY GOOOOODNESSSS LAUGHs and LAUGHs.. HAHAHHAA.. good stuff ^_^.. and then a yummy breakfast ;D mmmmm..and then we were off to the "talks" with great conversations.. WOW, deep conversations that really opend my heart and mind.. i love that mann some people i can talk to :D i'm glad for that!..we did this activity where in a volleyball court, we had to preform different tasks BLINDFOLDED.. i had to jump consistantly in three hula hooops and then, my AT&T lost track of time this one time and were like 5 minutes late for one of our talks.. :X yikes.. but that's because we were practicing our SKIT. i made a bracelet for my secret buddy STEPHANIE ;D.. and some decopods along with a pillow! i dint get to finish because i poked myself haha INJURED WHILE SEWING. ;D...hmm, and then WHOAAAA A YUMMY ARSE LUNCH.. mmmmmmmm mmmmmmmm.. hahaha and then..some kodak moments... uhh, we had confession and mass, and Father Dennis went up for the mass, haha he's COOOL.. my walking buddy talking buddy MARJEE, haha thanks for the talk.. and then dinner and an activity with telephones :D. and a CRYING MOMENTS with PALANKAS.. letters written about feelings and stuff.. I DINT GET A CANDLE FROM JOCKER :(. maybe he ran out, but the candy was greeat...uhh, then after puffy eyes from crying, SKIT TIME. i made a last minute rhyme.. oh yessss "retreat was fun, we ate hot dogs on a bun, the hike was great, we stayed up late, you guys know we've been the best we can be, God gave us the gift, (who we be??) AT&T!!!!".. oh yesssss.. hahahhaahhaa OUR SKIT WAS COMEDY.. we did the gestures and the smile if you love me and the rise and shine one.. haha FUNNY.. i was pretending to be AJ/JOCKER hahahaha ouch.. i over did it,, INTENTIONALLY! GOSH. haha yeeeh..since we couldnt make a campfire (darn), we stayed in the eating place dining hall thing and Jon told us some ghost stories mann, he freaked me out a little with shadows and all that.. and lots of PDAs was going around there.. uh huh.. hm..by the time we was done, haha it was like 3 in the morning!! and everyone was too sleepy to go on the morning hike.. mann its ok.. and then..
SUNDAY was sad, because it was the last of it...grrerat breakfast.. mmmm.. and a discussion with the whole group.. a bird came in out chapel, we all believed it was JOE, at least i thought it was..and then we loaded the bus, and signed our journals :D..and then went back to the Parish Hall, and preformed out SKITS AGAIN, but to our parents.. that was GREAT.. THE BEST MANN>> THE BESSSSSSSST.
